Ground shipping times are best estimates, but are not guaranteed by the shipping couriers. If an additional delivery attempt is need, an additional delivery fee will be required. Once tracking is assigned, your order should be delivered within 5-7 business days. Pickup orders can only be picked up by the person who placed the order and whose name is on the Credit Card. You will have to bring your valid ID for pickup. Our team works to pull orders as quickly as possible but it does take some time for fulfillment. Once the order has been placed, please wait an hour until coming to the store for pickup.
